How do I create an account?

Account creation depends on your role:

  • School Administrators: Contact our sales team to set up your school account
  • Teachers & Staff: Accounts are created by your school administrator
  • Students: Accounts are created by your school administration
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password:

Regarding data retention and cancellation:

  • Grace Period: Data is retained for 30 days after account cancellation or deactivation
  • Data Export: Tools are provided to export your data anytime before cancellation
  • Final Backup: Upon request, we can provide a final backup of your data
  • Secure Deletion: After the grace period, all data is securely and permanently deleted from our systems

We recommend exporting any important data before canceling your account.
